1. Community Garden Development Fund applications open for 2019 – plan your community garden now!
Interested in applying for funds to a start a community garden? Click here to access the application, and criteria/eligibility requirements!
Please note that the free workshop on How to Start a Community Garden goes over the application process for the CGDF and is mandatory to access funds for new gardens.
2. Jan 13, Jan 23, or Feb 6 | Free workshop on How to Start a Community Garden – required to access Community Garden Development Fund
At the free workshop you will learn about the steps involved in starting a community garden. How to search for land, what is essential when starting a community garden, the supports that are available, tips for organizing the garden, and much more! This is required to access funds from the Community Garden Development Fund. For more information on the fund and the network, click here!

Calling All Gardeners! Eager to get back in your garden?
This annual seed exchange and sale will feature an organic mini-market, garden talks and workshops, a swap table and organic snacks.
Just Food’s Community Gardening Network will have a table at this event, with information about the seed library and seed trials. We hope to see you there!
