The Gloucester Allotment Garden Association will be holding its AGM in person this year on March 5th, 2024 at the Orleans Public Library at 1705 Orleans Boulevard. 6-8pm. Any member in good standing who wishes to participate is welcome.
The purpose of the meeting is to:
- approve the minutes of the 2023 AGM,
- to present and approve the 2023 financial statement and the 2024 budget,
- to introduce and elect the Board of Directors.
- to present and approve updated Bylaws for the corporation
